Delete my cloud data

Robot in Jail stores nothing about you unless you turned on cloud save. To delete your cloud town, use either way:

In the game: Profile → Cloud save → Turn off and delete cloud data.

Here, with your recovery code (Profile → Cloud save → Show). Everything is deleted at once: your robot name, your town and its backup copy, your ranking and Circle place. Your town stays on your own device.

Lost your recovery code? We store no email or real name, so we cannot tell which town is yours without it. A town with no saves for 2 years is deleted automatically. You can also delete the game's data on your device by clearing the site's or app's storage.

Purchase records (product, status and time, linked to a random ID) are kept only as long as needed to honour refunds and meet tax law. Questions: [email protected].
