🚨 Every district counts
A leader answers for every part of the community, even the parts far away or out of sight.
🚨 In the game: “Every district counts”
A leader answers alarms, even far away.
You learn this law in Alarm in another district!. Then you can pass it in your town Council, where it belongs to 💛 Care.
+ Half as many alarms elsewhere − Income −3% (patrols)
Every law in the game has an upside and a cost, just like real rules.
In real life
Governments have a duty to protect all their citizens, not only those in the capital or those who complain loudest.
Think about it
How would you make sure the quiet places get help too?
